- Please come and enjoy the game with warm clothing and gears for cold weather. E.g. a ski suit, snow booths or long booths for cold weather.
- You have to walk from the entrance of ski resorts to the competition sites (spectator stand).
Ski lifts will be available with your ticket only at Listel Ski Fantasia for Moguls (7th March) and Dual Moguls (8th March).
(However, it may take time to get on the lifts because it would be very crowded.) - Please follow the instructions of guiding staff at the ski resorts to secure the safety.
- Please note we may ask you to wait to enter the venues because of the congestion.
- You can re-enter the venues repeatedly with your ticket's stub only on its valid day. However, please note the tickets cannot be reissued for any reason. Please make sure not to lose your ticket's stub.
- You may be asked to leave from or declined to enter the venue if you don't follow the staff's instructions and the notes. Please note the ticket fee is not refundable under this case.
- The organizer will not be responsible for any accident or stolen items occurred when you don't follow the staff's instructions and the notes at venues.
- The following articles are not allowed to bring in.
- Articles may be a dangerous weapon
- Hazardous materials such as poison, deleterious substances and explosives
- A smoke canister, firecrackers and fireworks
- Radios (except mobile phones, PHS)
- Skies and a snowboard into spectator stands
- We cannot accept the following acts.
- Intrusion into restricted area
- Entry without ID or with invalid tickets
- Causeless long stay at venue gates or corridors
- Acts interrupt competitions such as intrusion or throw into the course
- Nuisances to others
- Other behaviors may hinder the event organization
- We will turn over you to the police regardless of circumstances if fraudulent entry is uncovered.
You will also be asked for the compensation. - Acts may cause dangers on others are banned. If injuries or damages on others with this act, those involved must take care of the problems and solve it by themselves. The organizer will take no part in the settlement.
- It is not allowed to bring large things or materials interrupt others view or need a lot of space to place since it is a nuisance to other spectators. Thank you for helping us to serve every spectator better conditions to watch the games.
- Please note that you may be filmed at any time any place for the event TV production and the images may be used by media without any remuneration for you from the organizing committee.
- We will serve and sell hot food at the "Food Tent" and "Hospitality Tent" at the venues. We will also sell event goods at the "Shop Tent". We apologize if being sold out.
- For your lunch and break, please use the Center House, etc. at each ski resort.
- For injuries, lost child, lost property or other problems, please contact staff near you or come to "Information" at the venues.
- Please refrain from smoking except smoking area.
- Please take your litter home with you.
