Venue Information
The Halfpipe competition will take place at Alts Bandai Ski Resort. It is a well-known resort as it has the largest ski area in Fukushima prefecture. Many skiers and snowboarders visit there every year from all over the country. Alts Bandai opens in December and is perfect for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skiers/snowboarders with a total of 29 courses. It offers one of the greatest varieties of slopes in Inawashiro and since 2005 the Nippon Open- Snowboard halfpipe competition has been held here. This year, we look forward to the 3rd year of this competition at Alts Bandai.
